Procurement and Supply Chain at ESP

The Procurement team is responsible for sourcing and acquiring all the goods and services required across the business globally so that ESP can effectively operate its Supply Chains and meet both client contract obligations and internal needs.
This involves sourcing and selecting suppliers, competing ESP’s requirements, negotiating contracts, managing costs, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Direct Suppliers
If your company provides IT products or services that align with our operational needs, we’d love to hear from you. We are particularly interested in suppliers who can offer:
- High-quality, innovative solutions
- Competitive pricing
- Consistent and reliable delivery
To be considered, please ensure you meet the following minimum criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years trading history
- Directly employ engineers in the countries where you offer support
- Hold insurance coverages applicable by local law and relevant to the services you provide to a minimum liability of $1M USD. For example, Professional Indemnity, Public & Products Liability, Corporate General Liability, Cyber Liability, Employers liability

Indirect Suppliers
We value the contributions of indirect suppliers who offer complementary services or products that enhance our IT support capabilities. Whether you provide logistics, consultancy, or other support services, we’re open to exploring how we can collaborate.
To be considered, please ensure you meet the following minimum criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years trading history
- Hold a General Liability, Public or Products Liability, or Professional Indemnity Insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $1M USD
