  • Troubleshoot and undertake fault diagnosis on all assigned hardware related customer incidents and successfully resolve the issues
  • Provide updates to the ESP Service Desk on all live customer incidents and service requests, so that progress is updated
  • Review areas impacting operational efficiency and identify improvements
  • Ensure that customer escalations are successfully resolved
