At ESP, we understand the complexities of workforce transitions. Our extensive experience in transitioning contracts, along with an approach that is transparent, concise, and fair, ensures a smooth transition for all parties involved.

As a global service provider with customers who have high-availability operations, we have extensive experience of transitioning service contracts from an incumbent, priding ourselves on reducing as many risks as possible, and in many cases having little to no interruption in service. Whether it be a small single site contract or a global contract with many locations, the approach is the same.

All transitions are managed by our dedicated, professionally qualified Projects Team. From the initial analysis of your requirements through to final close and sign off, your transition will be professionally managed to ensure we meet your business objectives. We start by conducting a full needs assessment to understand the business objectives and requirements before designing and presenting an achievable, cost-effective solution.

A vital element in delivering effective transitions is that we have our own implementations team who are experienced in delivering installations and site refreshes within the operational constraints of the location, minimising downtime.

During the transition period, and particularly where an incumbent team will be transferring to ESP, we assign our security-cleared field team to cover any gaps during any period where the old and new service are running together. We also listen to the incumbent team, allow them to impart their experience on the transition team, ensuring knowledge transfer is documented and integrated into our toolset.
